If something here doesn't cover it, open a ticket in Discord — that's the fastest route to a human.
Support, outage notices, and setup help all run through the Discord server, so linking the account means your tickets are already tied to your plan. It also means we never store a password for you.
We read your Discord username, avatar, and email. We can't read your messages or post as you.
You pay per gigabyte, not per month. Top up whatever amount you want and a 10% volume discount applies automatically at 250GB and above. The Top Up window shows the exact total before you're charged, including any discount code.
No. Unused bandwidth stays on your account as long as the account is active. There's no monthly reset that wipes what you paid for.
Card payments through Stripe — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.
All sales are final. Bandwidth lands on your account as soon as payment clears, so we can't refund a change of mind, the wrong amount, or the wrong tier.
The exception is a product that doesn't work. Open a ticket in our Discord first with your order ID and what's going wrong — we'll look into it, and if the fault is ours and the bandwidth is substantially unused we'll refund or replace it. Please give us the chance to fix it before disputing anything; most issues turn out to be configuration and take a few minutes to sort.
Bandwidth you've already used isn't refundable, and filing a chargeback without opening a ticket first gets the account suspended permanently.
Yes. At 250GB and above the rate drops automatically at checkout, and past 1TB open a ticket in Discord and support will quote you directly. Discount codes don't stack with that volume discount — you're always charged whichever one saves you more.
Rotating gives you a different IP on every request — good for scraping and anything where you want maximum spread.
Sticky pins one IP to your session for anywhere from 1 minute to 2 hours — good for checkouts, logins, and anything that breaks when your IP changes mid-flow.
Three: ip:port:user:pass, user:pass@ip:port, and bare ip:port. Copy to clipboard or download as a .txt file. Most bots and browsers accept at least one of those directly.
Country targeting is available on every plan across 195 countries. State-level targeting is included with Premium residential. Pick it in the generator before you create a list.
Both directions — request and response, including headers. That's why a page-heavy target burns more than an API endpoint returning JSON. The Usage Analysis table breaks it down per domain so you can see which targets are expensive.
Yes — your key is on the Settings page. You can generate lists, check remaining bandwidth, and pull usage stats programmatically instead of clicking through the dashboard.
ISP, mobile, and datacenter pools are in progress. They'll appear in the Top Up window as soon as they're live, and the announcement goes out in Discord first.
No fraud, no credential stuffing, no attacking or overloading infrastructure you don't own, no CSAM, no spam, and nothing illegal where you or the target sits. Full terms are on the acceptable use page.
Accounts that trip these get cut off without a refund, and we cooperate with law enforcement when we're required to.
No hard cap on concurrent connections for normal use. Traffic patterns that destabilize the pool get rate-limited automatically, and you'll see a notice in the dashboard if that happens to you.
Status posts to Discord immediately. Bandwidth consumed against a degraded pool gets credited back once the incident closes — you don't pay for failed requests caused on our side.
Use sub-accounts instead. Sharing one set of credentials makes usage impossible to attribute and one person's mistake becomes everyone's suspension. Sub-accounts let you cap and revoke each user separately.
Open a ticket in Discord — our staff are around the clock and outage notices post there first.
