1. Who we are

EtherealProxies is operated by The Supply Bin LLC, Illinois, USA. Contact: support@etherealproxies.com.

2. What we collect

• Account details: username, email address, a hashed password (we never store it in plain text), and your Discord ID if you link Discord.
• Purchases: what you bought, when, and how much. Card payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
• Service usage: data transferred, connection counts, error counts and the website domains your proxy traffic connected to (domain names only, never page contents), so we can bill usage, show you your analytics and prevent abuse.
• Security records: IP addresses used to sign up and sign in, and a log of account changes, to protect accounts and stop fraud and referral abuse.

3. How we use it

• To run your account, deliver what you bought and show your usage.
• To process payments, renewals, refunds and disputes.
• To keep the service secure and enforce the Acceptable Use Policy.
• To contact you about your account, purchases and important service changes.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

• Service providers that run parts of the service for us: payment processing (Stripe), hosting and databases, email delivery, and the network partners that carry proxy traffic.
• Law enforcement only when legally required, or to protect our users or the public from serious harm.

5. How long we keep it

Account and purchase records are kept while your account is open and afterwards as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal reasons. Detailed usage records are summarized and pruned over time.

6. Your choices

• You can view and update your account details in the dashboard.
• You can ask for a copy of your data or for your account to be deleted by contacting support. Some records (like payments) must be kept for legal reasons.
• Cookies: we use one sign-in cookie to keep you logged in and short-lived cookies during sign-in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted (HTTPS), and two-factor login is available. No system is perfectly secure; tell us right away if you think your account was accessed without permission.

8. Children

The service is for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

9. Changes

We'll post changes here and, for material ones, notify account holders before they take effect.
